Pure Wellness Counseling was started by Jacob Fletcher and Kierstin Fletcher, a husband and wife duo who are deeply committed to helping people overcome personal challenges and hardships by using proven, research based therapy modalities. Pure Wellness Counseling was created out of human compassion and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. We started Pure Wellness Counseling because we recognized that so many types of therapy, despite the caring therapists, were not producing the results clients needed. Too often a client will see a therapist for months, even years and not overcome their addiction or see lasting results. We do things different, and you will see a noticeable difference from the first session!

At the core of our approach to therapy is a belief that change is possible today.

It’s essential that our clients get personalized care that is tailored to what they are needing in their life. We believe in using the most effective therapy modality based on the research, to give the fastest, most effective results with our clients and our testimonials reflect this.

  • The therapist will do an initial intake, gather background information to assess your situation, and create a treatment plan based on your needs.

  • This is totally dependent on the individual and what issue they are working through. Typically most clients start with weekly therapy and then move to every other week or even monthly when progress has been made.
